Does this indoor camera support 5Ghz Wi Fi connectivity?

No, it doesn't support 5G, it can only connect to 2.4G Wi-Fi.

If you use EERO, you need to disable [advanced settings] and 5G for a while to get the 2.4G devices connected. Once done, you can reenable the settings.ith no any subscription or sd card.
Are these home security cameras truly wireless?

This outdoor surveillance camera offers a wireless WiFi connection, "wireless" not means cordless. It is not a battery camera, And the camera should be plugged into the power socket before connecting.
Is there a monthly cloud fee?

Cloud service fee is optional, if you want to use the cloud service, you need to pay for it. If not, you are free to use the camera as long as it is connected to your home wireless network.
Unable to connect the camera to Wi-Fi during setup?

1. Confirm your phone is under 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

2. Entered the correct Wi-Fi password.

3. Place camera near the router to ensure the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough.

4 Check indicator light is flashing blue twice per second. If not, reset the camera.
How do I reconnect the camera if it is offline?

1. Please try to unplug and replug the camera and get it back online;

2. If restart not works, please reset&reconnect the camera again(like you first connect it) to get it back online.
